How soon will I hear back about my reservation request?
We read every request made through our contact form and will give notification that we received your request. We will respond to your request by email within 24 hours.

 

Is there a booking deposit required?

We kindly ask a $150 deposit per room payable by transfer, cheque or PayPal upon confirm of your booking.

If I have to cancel my stay, what happens to my deposit?
Our cancellation policy is retention of your deposit towards a stay with us within the next two years, with seven days notice of cancellation.  If we do not receive notification within seven days of cancellation we will keep your deposit, and it will not be applied to a stay with us within the next two years.

What is your smoking policy?

We respectfully ask you to not smoke or vape in the house. We have an enormous backyard with plenty of space for you to relax and smoke if you choose. 

Can I bring my dog/cat/furry friend?
Of course! We love animals here and request that you mention your pet when booking.
A small $25 cleaning charge will be added to your total.
